Charges after golf club attack

WITNEY: Two men appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday after a golf club attack near to USA Fried Chicken in Corn Street at about 1.45am on Sunday.
Richard Murphy, 24, of Binstead Road, Birmingham, and Birtik Szczepanski, 26, of no fixed address, were charged with two counts of criminal damage, wasting police time, and two counts of actual bodily harm.
They were also charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a broken golf club.
