Vans blaze

Borehamwood firefighters dealt with two blazing vans in Borehamwood last week. At 10.40pm on Tuesday, they were alerted to a burning Ford transit van in Rowley Lane, believed to have been stolen and abandoned, before being deliberately set on fire. At 3.20am on Thursday, they were again called to deal with a blazing van, on the A1 near Borehamwood. They believe the second fire could also have been started deliberately.
