Sir – Contrary to the letters printed in your paper recently, our experiences at the Sobell House hospice warehouse in Witney have been very different.
On our visits we have found the staff to be courteous, pleasant and extremely helpful, both on the telephone and at the warehouse.
Sobell House is a charity which provides compassionate care in difficult circumstances and deserves our support.
