Sir – I can also vouch for the recent experience of David Miles regarding Sobell House’s Witney warehouse.
Having worked for an Oxford-based charity on maintenance work in shops, they treated me with no respect either.
I also tolerated several unhelpful visits to the Sobell House warehouse. I finally gave up and took my ongoing offerings to the Animal Sanctuary shop in Corn Street instead, where I experienced much better service and consideration.
I must add that I do not include the staff at the Sobell House shop in Witney in this assessment – they treated me equally as well.
