Sir – I frequently read letters of complaint in the Witney Gazette.
I would like to praise the actions of both the restaurant staff and the first-aiders at Witney Lakes Resort on Monday, April 14.
They were amazing in their efforts to clear my husband’s airways, performed with real professionalism, and the crisis was over by the time the paramedics arrived.
The staff remained calm and were also concerned about me and so kind and attentive. Thank you all so much.
The paramedics are also to be praised for their kindness and thorough checking of my husband.
