Many will agree with Kemp
Sir, No doubt many people will endorse Audrey Kemp’s apposite letter (May 27). It is particularly welcome as she is a Carterton resident.
As was pointed out, many of the proposals in the plan are in fact within the boundaries of other parishes, not Carterton. A wise man communicates and consults with his neighbours, rather than antagonising them.
