But how depressing not to see among the proposals any mention of the upgrade to the Shores Green junction east of Witney.
Can the county council have forgotten that at the Cogges Link Road inquiry in 2011 it made a commitment to introduce this as soon as possible?
There is no shortage of people in Witney who would be happy to help our councillors remember.
