Sir – One of the big topic of conversation in Witney and West Oxfordshire is housing.
The lead member responsible for housing should ensure that this is the top priority of the council to deal with. 1: Address Housing Waiting List for local people. 2: Provide for local residents affordable housing. 3: Cost infrastructure requirements for new houses in current local plan. 4: Fund infrastructure requirements and social housing needs. 5: Query current housing associations performance indicators on quality of housing, maintenance and reduction of housing waiting lists.
