When will council repair pavement?

Sir – I have a disability, MS, which means that walking is quite difficult. There is a footpath outside my house that connects the cul-de sac where I live, to the main road of Burwell Drive and the bus stop.
I find it very difficult to walk along it, because it is overgrown and the surface is broken in many places. I have written to the county council on two occasions but they have done nothing about repairing it.
I feel it is their responsibility to maintain footpaths as they are classified as highways.
People with disabilities need all the help we can get.
