Police are investigating a suspected arson in a derelict building in Curbridge Road, Witney.

John Frazer, 35, of Main Road, Little Chesterton, Bicester admitted drink-driving in South Wold Lane, Bicester, on May 24. Found to have 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £200, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
