A 45-year-old man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder has been released without charge.
The man was arrested after a 41-year-old woman was found with severe head injuries at a property in Brown’s Lane, Woodstock, at about 2am on December 16.
Police cordoned off the area as investigations were made.
Officers said later the injuries were likely to have been accidental.
