1. Chabane Debbal, 42, of Carlton Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Hart Street, Henley-on-Thames, on December 21. Had 63 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station on March 12. Given an 18-month driving ban and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £200 costs.
  2. Aston Hastie, 24, of White Road, Holloway, admitted intentionally touching a woman sexually without consent in Farm Close, Greater Leys, Oxford, on July 2. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and community order made with supervision requirement for 12 months, 12 month order banning contact with victim and 200 hours of unpaid work. Also told to pay £250 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £400 costs.
  3. Jason Scibilia, 40, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on March 17. Community order made with supervision requirement and told to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £250 costs.
  4. Robert Dunn, 38, of Iffley Turn, Oxford, admitted speeding in excess of the 30mph limit on Banbury Road, Oxford, on March 7. Fined £200 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on driving licence.
  5. Aurang Zebb, 28, of Cricket Road, Cowley, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance and driving without a licence in Cricket Road, Cowley, Oxford, on March 8. Fined £300 and told to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on driving licence.
  6. Ben Foster, 24, of Hudson Street, Bicester, convicted of failing to give information as to the identity of a driver suspected of an offence between January 31 and February 28. Fined £600 and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on driving licence.
  7. Shihaib Mustafa, 34, of Reliance Way, Oxford, convicted of failing to give information as to the identity of a driver suspected of an offence between March 12 and April 9 in Banbury. Fined £600 and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  8. Murad Hassan, 34, of Peregrine Road, Oxford, convicted of failing to stop a vehicle when required to by a police officer or traffic warden, driving without due care and attention and driving without insurance in Kestrel Crescent, Oxford, on April 16. Fined £700 and told to pay a £50 victims’ surcharge and £300 costs.
  9. Darren McIlwrath, 42, of Church Street, Didcot, admitted harassment between February 13 and February 21 in Colwell Drive, Witney. Given 12-month conditional discharge and made subject to a restraining order banning contact with victim. Also told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.
  10. Richard Howe, 61, of North Street, Aston, Bampton, admitted failing to give information as to the identity of a driver suspected of an offence between January 23 and February 20. Fined £600 and told to pay a £560 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on driving licence.
  11. Nicole Lewis, 23, of Windmill Street, Deddington, admitted driving without insurance in Bolton Road, Banbury, on February 14. Fined £300 and told to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on driving licence.
  12. Ermias Amassa, 38, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, admitted taking a Volkswagen Polo without the owner’s consent at Water Eaton Park-and-Ride on July 30. Also admitted driving without due care and attention in Banbury Road, Kidlington, on July 30, and driving without insurance. Community order made with a 12-week curfew requirement. Told to pay £300 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.
  13. Michael McGurn, 73, of Dene Road, Oxford, admitted driving whilst unfit through drink in Dene Road, Oxford, on May 19. Fined £200 and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.
  14. Melanie Day, 28, Thomson Terrace, Oxford, admitted criminal damage to a black Volkswagen Polo in Cowley on April 13. Also admitted assault by beating. Fined £100 and told to pay £300 compensation, £40 costs, and a £20 victims’ surcharge.
  15. Jason Glover, 34, of Highcross Way, Barton, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence or insurance in Tiddington on July 23. Admitted shoplifting food from Co-op in Oxford on August 7, 2013, and stealing £16 worth of food from Co-op in Oxford on August 14, 2013. Stole household items worth £17.82 from the 99p Store in Oxford on September 11, 2013. Stole five DVDs worth £62.95 from WHSmith in Oxford on the same day. Shoplifted food from the BP service station in Oxford on August 9, 12, 14, 18, 21, and 29, 2013. Also stole food worth £18 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on September 1, 2013. Community order made with a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months. Told to pay a total of £334 compensation.
  16. Justyn Canovas, 36, of Banbury Road, Woodstock, admitted being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle on the Eastern Bypass, Oxford, on August 21. Had 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £300 and told to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £80 cost. Licence endorsed with 10 penalty points.
  17. Eric Moore, 65, of Hamfield, Wantage, admitted resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Orchard Way, Wantage, on May 31. Given a six-month conditional discharge with a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  18. Alexander Simmonds, 18, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted possession of Class B drug cannabis in Knights Road, Oxford, on August 6. Fined £60 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  19. Simon Burke, 33, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted theft of a pedal cycle worth £650 belonging to Thames Valley Police in Oxford on June 30. Community order made with a two-month curfew requirement. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  20. Anthony Waring, 22, of Francis Little Drive, Abingdon, admitted possession of Class B drug ketamine and Class A drug cocaine in Church Road, Steventon, on July 20. Also admitted possession of ketamine in Wantage on March 25. Fined a total of £130 with a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
