LONG delays have hit drivers on the A34, A420 and M40 after a broken-down lorry partially blocked the Western Bypass this morning.
The vehicle is on the southbound carriageway between the Botley interchange and the Hinksey Hill interchange. Lane one of two is blocked.
A warning that drivers should expect "long delays" has been issued by Highways England, which added that there were queues on the M40 stretching back to near Wendlebury.
