Shabaz Akhtar, 33, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in Crescent Road, Oxford, on September 16. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Victoria Craven, 41, of Wellington Street, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station on June 26 in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 12 months.

Andrew Achilleos, 55, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol worth £108.98 from The Co-operative in London Road, Oxford, on July 7. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jason Mitchell, 40, of Medicott Drive, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Medlicott Drive, Abingdon, on October 23. Ordered to undergo alcohol dependency treatment for six months and to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work in the next month and participate in any activity required by a rehabilitation officer for a maximum of 20 days. Ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Luke Tansley, 31, of Sycamore Way, Didcot, admitted harassing a woman in Grove between January 1 and January 11. Ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 40 days and made subject to a restraining order. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs.

Daniel Hart, 43, of Lye Valley, Oxford, admitted harassment between August 12 and November 6 in Asquith Road, Oxford. Sentenced to six weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, made subject to a restraining order and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ryan Hunt, 27, of Bakers Piece, Witney, convicted of drink-driving in the A4095 in North Leigh on February 5. Had 153 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £700 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 16 months.

Carl McKenna, 24, of Fieldside, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in The Black Swan, Bath Street, Abingdon, on August 6. Placed under a curfew for three months and ordered to pay £350 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ujwal Rai, 25, of Merlin Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on the Eastern Bypass road in Oxford on November 7. Had 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 16 months.

Phillipa Harris, 47, of Ploughley Close, Grovelands, Kidlington, admitted driving dangerously and driving without insurance in Banbury Road and Parks Road in Oxford on May 2. Sarah Grisbrooke, 49, of Bradstocks Way, Sutton Courtenay, admitted dishonestly failing to promptly notify Vale of White Horse District Council of a change in circumstances that she knew would affect her entitlement to housing benefit.
