THE green guru who has led, advised and nurtured low-carbon community groups across Oxfordshire for a decade has announced his departure.
Simon Kenton, top dog at Oxfordshire’s Community Action Groups (CAG) network, will leave the group at the end of April.
Under his leadership the network has grown to nearly 60 groups which organise a combined 2,700 events each year to take action on issues including waste, transport, food, energy and social justice.
Resource Futures, the Bristol-based employee-owned group that manages CAG, is now advertising for his replacement.
