REPORTS of flash flooding are coming in after heavy downpours in Oxford.
The Botley Road, A34 and Osney Mead industrial estate are all said to be suffering from surface water after a deluge this lunchtime.
There are also reports of flooding in Wheatley, Garsington, Witney and also Wantage.
