Website to promote 'a working Cotswold town'

A new website for Chipping Norton has been launched.

The website www.chippingnortontown.info was started this month, and is one of a number of initiatives being developed by the Chipping Norton Town Partnership.

Catherine Chater, programme manager, said: "It aims to provide up-to-date, accessible information, that truly reflects the community.

"It promotes Chipping Norton as a 'working Cotswold town'.

"We hope it will become the site of first choice for residents, businesses, job-seekers, and visitors.

"The site contains a range of useful information about Chipping Norton, and more is being added daily.

"Although content is not complete, we are hoping to have comments and contributions from the community.

"We are especially keen to post up job vacancies, and have forthcoming events for our 'What's On' section."
