Teenager charged after death crash

A TEENAGER has been charged with driving without due care and attention following a fatal accident in Woodstock.

Peter Searle, 18, of The Ridings, Stonesfield, has been bailed to appear before magistrates on March 8, 2007.

The charge is in connection with a fatal collision on the A44 Oxford Road, Woodstock, on September 10, 2006.

Doris Cousins, 90, of Caroline Court, Woodstock, died in the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, after the collision.
