Carterton 10km race invites runners

RUNNERS are invited to take part in a 10km road race in Carterton.

The Carterton 10k, which is backed by Carterton Town Council and RAF Brize Norton, takes place on Sunday, starting at 10.30am.

The two-lap course starts and finishes at Carterton Leisure Centre, where there is a bag storage area, changing facilities, and refreshments.

All runners who finish the course receive a T-shirt if they have registered in advance.

The entry fee is £9 (or £7 for UKAA affiliated runners). If you enter on the day, it costs £2 extra - but you are advised to call the race organisers well in advance to confirm.
