KALLUM RICHES, 22, of Barton Village Road, Headington was convicted of being the person in whose name a vehicle was registered which did not have insurance on July 4 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and had to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DUNCAN SHEARMAN, 24, of Paradise Square, Oxford, was convicted of being the person in whose name a vehicle was registered which did not have insurance on February 17 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and had to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ALAN HENDRON, 26, of Oxford Road, Bletchingdon, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a licence in Pioneer Way, Bicester on June 1. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was given three points on his licence.

WILLIAM JOYCE, 24, of Red Bridge Hollow, Oxford, was convicted of using a mobile phone whilst driving in the A41, Wendlebury on August 9. He was fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was given six points on his licence.

ANGELA MAIA, 44, of Portal Drive North, Bicester, was convicted of driving a vehicle without wearing a seat belt in King’s End, Bicester on June 1. He was fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

NICOLA TEMPLE, 39, of Appleby Close, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Hilton Road, Banbury on June 30. She was fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was given six points on his licence.

LIAAN VANZYL, 46, of High Street, Dorchester-on-Thames, was convicted of speeding at 47mph in a 30mph zone in North Way, Oxford on June 5. He was fined £133, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was given five points on his licence.

ALEXANDROS VELTSO, 19, of Lock Crescent, Kidlington, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Banbury Road, Oxford on June 21. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was given six points on his licence.

ANDREW WARDEN, 51, of Sires Hill, North Moreton, was convicted of using a vehicle whilst not wearing a seat belt in the B480, Chalgrove on June 10. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ROBERT ASHLEY WILSON, 50, of Kingfisher Green, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Oxford Road, Oxford on May 2. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was given six points on his licence.

JONATHAN DAVID FRENCH, 37, of Princethorpe Drive, Banbury, was convicted of using a mobile phone whilst driving in Middleton Road, Banbury on May 23. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40 and was given six points on his licence.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

ROBERT JEACOCK, 48, of Woodpiece Road, Upper Arncott, admitted to driving his Mazda at 56mph in a 30mph zone in Oakley, Berkshire, on May 5, 2017. He was fined £461 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £46 and costs of £85. He was also banned from driving for 14 days.

RONALD RICKS, 56, of Newton Purcell, admitted to breaking the 40mph speed limit while driving on the A421 in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, on August 7, 2017. He was dined £500 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LEWIS AYRE, 19, of Fisher Close, Banbury, admitted to damaging the wall of a cell in Banbury Police Station by scratching it with a coin on December 15, 2017. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200 and costs of £50.

KELLY HOWARD, 38, of Chaffinch Road, Bicester, admitted to driving in Leach Road, Bicester, with 40mcg of blood in 100ml of breath, above the 35mcg limit, and without a valid insurance policy. She was fined £240 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. She was also banned from driving for 12 months.

MARCIN ZYGOWSKI, 37, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted to driving in Horsefair, Banbury, with 76mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the 35mcg limit, on December 15, 2017. He was fined £550 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £55 and costs of £85. He was banned from driving for three years.

MICHELLE BONE, 30, of Launton Road, Bicester, admitted to breaching her community order by failing to attend supervision on November 15 and December 8, 2017. She was fined £50.

ALAN CHAMBERS, 47, of Purslane Drive, Bicester, admitted to driving in Mulberry Drive, Bicester, with 107mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the 35mcg limit. He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £620. He was also banned from driving for 24 months.

GENT-SMITH TOZAJ, 34, of High Street, Deddington, admitted sending a grossly offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing message using a public electronic communications network at Deddington on December 13, 2017. He was ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work and was given a restraining order preventing him from making direct or indirect contact with a man. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge of £85 and costs of £15.

DANIEL KILBANE, 30, of Ardley Road, Bucknell, was convicted of failing to give information identifying a driver suspected of committing an offence in Banbury between April 28 and May 26, 2017. He was fined £493 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £49 and costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
