POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself to a woman in Witney.
At 2pm on Saturday, a woman in her forties was walking along Edington Road when she was approached by a man driving a white, Transit-style van. He called her over to the van and exposed himself to her.
He was white, aged 30-35, tall and skinny. He had short, blonde hair and blue eyes.
Police said he spoke with a local accent and was wearing a blue and white, horizontally striped Polo shirt and beige trousers.
PC Nigel Lomas of Witney Police Station said: "This incident has caused great distress to this woman and we need to catch him before he targets another innocent person.
"If you have seen a man of this description of if you have been a victim yourself and not reported it to police, then we would be very keen to hear from you."
PC Lomas can be contacted via the Police Enquiry Centre via 0845 8 505 505.
