OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

JASON ROBERT BOURTON, 38, of Dashwood Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Dashwood Road, Oxford and behaving in an indecent manner and causing criminal damage worth £78 at Abingdon Police Station on March 8. £85 victim surcharge, £85 court costs, £78 compensation. Placed under electronic curfew for eight weeks.

SHAUN BUCHAN, 29, of no fixed address, admitted failing to notify the sex offenders register on February 15. Discharged conditionally for six months, £20 victim surcharge, £25 court costs.

HELDER DOS SANTOS, 39, of Monks Close, Oxford admitted drink-driving in Monks Close on March 10. Had 72mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £250, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Disqualified for 18 months.

TYRIL OCHIELA, 20, of Chatham Road, Oxford, admitted possessing cocaine in Oxford on May 6. Discharged conditionally for six months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 court costs.

BAILLIE OWEN, 35, of Regent Gardens, Didcot, admitted drink-driving in Sunningwell Road, Abingdon on March 10. Had 92mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Placed under electronic curfew for eight weeks, must carry out 200 hours unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Disqualified for 30 months.

DIANE LOUISE SMITH, 60, of Rooks Lane, Thame, admitted drink-drinking in North Street, Thame on March 8. Had 68mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £250, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Disqualified for 18 months.

ALAN PHILLIP VALENTINE, 32, of Potteries Lane, Chilton, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Milton on February 3. Fined £40, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs.

ERIC MARFO, 32, of Leopold Street, Oxford, admitted making a dishonest statement to obtain housing benefit on April, 1, 2015 in Oxford. Fined £311, £31 victim surcharge, £500 court costs.

BLAISE RWAVYUMA, 31, of London Road, Bicester, was convicted of causing criminal damage to a light worth £500 in Bicester on January 8. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £500 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £250 court costs.

SOPHIA ALI, 21, of Woodstock Road, Yarnton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 26 and October 24. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES'

CARLA CASH, 38, of North Aston, Oxfordshire, admitted speeding by driving 38 mph in a 30 mph area on July 13 at Deddington. She was fined £320 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

JAMIE EADLE, 27, of Fleetwood Way, Thame, admitted driving without third party insurance on September 5 at Thame. He was fined £267 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

DANNY KEET, 58, of Cobbetts Close, Normandy, Guildford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between April 18 and May 16 last year at Banbury. He was given a no totting disqualification and must pay a fine of £450, a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOHN ELKINGTON, 57, of Prescott Avenue, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on March 17 at Longelandes Way, Banbury with 120 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 18 months and made subject to a community order to include 180 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 29 months.

JOHN GREEN, 45, of Ironstones, Hardwick, Banbury, admitted stealing a four-pack of Special Brew valued at £8.49 from the Co-Op stores, Banbury, on October 31. He was ordered to pay compensation of £8.49.

JOHN MILLER, 45, of Ironstones, Banbury, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £6.76 from McColls stores, Banbury, on March 19. He was fined £40 and must pay compensation of £6.76 and court costs of £30.

OLIVER WALTERS, 33, of Glenmore Road, Carterton, admitted harassment without violence between March 16 and 19 at Waterford Road, Witney. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement of 25 days and 150 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

MOUSSA ADOUM, 33, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching the terms of a restraining order on April 2 at Oxford as well as breaching a previously imposed suspended sentence. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ANALISE COPESTAKE, 31, of Thorney Leys, Witney, admitted possession of heroin on November 5 at Colwell Drive, Abingdon, and failing to surrender into custody, and breaching a restraining order on October 23 at Witney and stealing bottles of champagne valued at £175 from Waitrose, Witney, on November 30. She was jailed for six weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.
