Death-quiz man released

A MAN arrested as part of an investigation into the death of a woman has been released without charge.
The man was arrested shortly after Patricia Owen's sudden death at her Sunnybank home, in Chilson, near Chipping Norton, on Friday, November 16 last year.
Mrs Owen, 53, was clerk of Chilson Parish Council.
An inquest into her death will be held at an unspecified date later this year.
