AN 18-year-old man was arrested after a car struck a skip early today.
The incident happened at 3am in Bridge Street, Witney, and involved a silver Ford Fiesta.
No one was injured.
The 18-year-old driver, from the Witney area, was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and released on police bail until March 21.
