Car overturns

9:54am Tuesday 19th February 2008 in Witney

A WOMAN escaped after her car left the road this morning and overturned.

She had been travelling along the A44 at Chipping Norton when the accident happened shortly before 7am. No other vehicles were involved.

Thames Valley Police are on the scene recovering the silver Nissan Micra. Spokesman David Paull said the driver had suffered only minor injuries and had not needed an ambulance.
