THE pair of grazing geese, created out of chicken wire, are just two of the many remarkable sculptures decorating the garden of the Oxfordshire Museum, Fletchers House, Woodstock, at the moment.
They are the work of The Oxford Sculptors Group, whose open-air exhibition was so successful when it was displayed in Woodstock last year, that they are back by popular demand.
Curator, Cherry Gray, said that the exhibition was proving a firm favourite with children: "They love exploring the garden and discovering the sculptures for themselves, some of which are half-hidden in the foliage."
She went on to say that the young visitors are particularly attracted to the grazing geese, by Derek Thomlinson.
Sculpture in the Garden will remain on display until September 21.
Entrance is free. Opening hours are 10am to 5pm daily, and 2pm to 5pm Sundays.
