Three men charged with organising illegal rave

THREE men charged with organising an illegal rave at an Oxfordshire farm appeared before Didcot Magistrates.

Edward Lewington, 22, of The Willows, Wootton, Ryan Hawkins, 22, of New Shifford Cottage, Standlake, and Nicholas Deehan, 19, of Thames Side Farm, Longworth, are charged with holding a public entertainment event without a licence.

The charge relates to an event held at Thames Side Farm, in Longworth, on July 30 and 31, 2005.

All three men pleaded not guilty, and the case was adjourned for a directions hearing at Didcot Magistrates' Court on May 5.
