Young readers design website

A NEW website encouraging children to read went live this week.

Oxfordshire County Council has set up the website http://kidlib.oxfordshire.gov.uk to entice children to join its libraries and see what is on offer.

The Witney Worms Reading Group for youngsters helped design the site.

As well as information about the library service, it also includes a quiz for five- to 11-year-olds and an interactive map, so users can find their nearest library.
