Boy, 13, charged with arson

A 13-YEAR-OLD boy will appear before a court charged with arson in relation to a fire which ripped through a Witney charity shop.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with causing more than £100,000 damage at the Sobell House Hospice Charity shop and neighbouring premises in Langdale Court in June.
He is due to appear at Oxford Youth Court today.
