A 51-YEAR-OLD man appeared at Oxford Crown Court accused of causing death by dangerous driving after a collision which left a Witney motorcyclist dead.
Stephen McKenzie, of Rock Road, Carterton, denied causing death by dangerous driving on the A4095 near Bampton, on March 19 this year.
Neil Thacker, a plumber from Curbridge Road, Witney, died after his motorbike was involved in the crash.
A date for the trial has yet to be fixed, but is likely to be early next year.
McKenzie was released on unconditional bail.
