A MAN has been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary after police raids across Oxfordshire and nearby counties.
Ricky Johnson, a 53-year-old from Cheltenham, was the second man to be charged in relation to a series of high-profile and high-value crimes across the southern England.
Samuel Smith Hutchinson, a 20-year-old from Cheltenham, appeared before Reading magistrates court on Wednesday.
He denied charges of burglary of the post office at Minster Lovell in October, and aggravated vehicle taking.
Both men were arrested on Tuesday, along with 12 others, as part of Operation Haul. Four people have been released on police bail until December.
Another five people, all in Gloucestershire, were arrested on Thursday.
