Thieves steal number plates

THIEVES have been targeting vehicles in Oxfordshire to steal car registration plates.
Police are appealing for information after eight number plate were taken since the beginning of October.
Drivers have been warned to be vigilant following five thefts in Banbury, two from cars in Bicester, and one from a car in Witney.
