Henry Lamb scored 21 points in Witney’s 51-11 victory against Swanage on Saturday in South West 1 East
Henry Lamb scored 21 points as Witney demolished Swanage & Wareham 51-11 in South West 1 East, despite having prop Jamie Burke sent off for a second yellow card.
Witney led 30-11 at this point and continued their dominance afterwards.
Swanage took the lead with a try and Witney finally levelled on 28 minutes when wing Carl Strutt fed centre Thom Murton to go over.
The visiting kicker and Witney fly half Henry Lamb exchanged penalties to make it 8-8 at the break.
Lock Joe Rowles bagged the first of his try double, but Witney then lost hooker Russell Todd to a knee injury.
Swanage scored a penalty, before Henry Lamb slotted a second penalty and converted a penalty try.
He then set up his twin brother, centre James Lamb, who scorched over, Henry Lamb converting for 30-8.
Burke’s sending-off spur-red Witney on and Henry Lamb converted his own try.
Rowles went over for his second and man-of-the-match, flanker Tim Muller, set up full back James Monks for the final try, Henry Lamb converting both.

l Chipping Norton earned a 20-17 victory at Gosford All Blacks in the sides’ BB&O Premier Division derby.
Gosford prop Callum Thompson was bundled over for the opening try, Tim Ellis converting.
Scrum half Matty Taylor replied with a try converted by Barry Nutt and No 8 Matt Dawson’s score put Chippy 12-7 ahead.
Gosford’s Tommy Newell scored their second before he and Taylor were sin-binned.
George Wilkinson’s try and Nutt’s penalty made it 20-12 before Harry Sutton’s score earned Gosford a losing bonus point.
