ATHLETICS: Harriers in quest for the double

Woodstock Harriers are set to complete an Oxfordshire double the Eynsham 10K on Sunday.

The race is the final round of the Oxfordshire Road Race Grand Prix series and Woodstock’s James Bolton will retain his men’s title barring an unexpectedly poor performance.

Woodstock are guaranteed to collect the men’s team crown after being edged out by Oxford City in 2011.

RESULTS ABINGDON PARKRUN Woodstock Harriers: 86 D Richens 27.43.

OXFORD PARKRUN Woodstock Harriers: 2 B O’Connor (V40) 17.50, 13 M Pidgeon (V50) 20.41, 28 P Brackett (V50) 23.45.
