GIRLS FOOTBALL: Smith's leveller (From Witney Gazette)

Georgina Smith scored the equaliser as Tower Hill Vixens drew 2-2 at home to Stonesfield Strikers in the Oxford Mail Under 10 Girls League.

Kiera Rhodes and Rachel Appleton put Stonesfield 2-0 up.

After the break, Smith pulled a goal back before slamming in the equaliser.

Isabelle Henthorn and An-nie Dennis scored for Tower Hill Vixens in a 2-1 home win against Banbury United in the Under 12 League.

Although Rebecca Tuckey clawed one back, Tower Hill held on for victory.

Goals from Cierra Harris and Mollie Farr were in vain in a 4-2 loss at Benson United in the Under 13 League.

Emily Bailey (2), Emily Soffe and Amy Loveridge scored for the hosts.

Tower Hill lost 2-1 at Oxford City in the Under 11 League.

A Holly Hunter double put the home side in control and although Millie Hartwell cut the deficit it was too late.
