Joel King scored eight goals as Hailey thrashed KEA 9-2 in the third round of the Oxfordshire John Fathers Junior Shield.

King banged in two perfect hat-tricks – scoring with the left foot, right foot and head – and two to spare as the Witney & District FA side brushed aside their Banbury District & Lord Jersey FA visitors. Luke Manning completed their tally.

Tony McLemen bagged a four-goal-haul in West Witney’s 8-1 away thrashing of Barton United.

Ian Sparkes, Kev Lewis, Carl Austin and Stefan Reed also netted.

Chadlington crushed Swis 7-0 at home.

George Slatter scored a hat-trick with Andy Wiffen (2), Martin Plumbridge and Callum Jeffries also adding.

Spartan Rangers saw off Highfield Old Boys 4-0, thanks to a double from Matt Townsend.

Jamie Timms and Donovan Henderson were their other marksmen.

Craig McCallum scored twice in Charlbury Town’s 3-1 home win against George. Stef Lang got the other.

Witney Royals progressed with a 2-1 win at Hornton.

Chris Thompson and Luke Lewis-Rippington were on target.

Tom Lewis and Scott Akers were on target as Hanborough defeated Heyford 2-0 away from home.

Billy Hales, Sam Giles and John Dover scored as Carter-ton Rangers beat Bampton United 3-0 away.

Goals from Jason Trinder and Jason Lonsdale earned Carterton Town A a 2-1 success at Minster Lovell. Martin Bull replied.

Brize Norton let slip a big lead as they slumped to a 5-3 defeat at home to Ashton Villa.

It looked all over as the hosts strolled into a 3-0 half-time lead, with Bartek Lachowicz, Pawel Bronk and Sam Rowe on target.

However, it went wrong in the second half as they ship-ped five goals.

Eynsham lost 3-2 at home to Souldern.

Dan Johnson and John Ayres were on target for the hosts.

A Dan Davies goal was in vain as Kingham lost 2-1 at home to Great Milton.

A Paul O’Hare brace was not enough for North Leigh A, who lost 3-2 at home to Abba.

Meanwhile, Rhys Bayliss scored a double as Chipping Norton Town won 3-2 at home to Aston in the only Premier Division game of the day.

Kieron Watts was their other scorer, with Ryan Hewer and Graham Carter replying.
Hailey Res’ fine form continued as they beat Freeland A 2-0 away.
Mo Semali and Dan King netted to move Hailey back to the top of Division 1.
The match was preceded by a minute’s silence in memory of Freeland man Les Hole.
Bourton Rovers beat FC Nomads 6-0 at home.
Stephane Ternier (2), Lee Mosson, Matt Winter, Sam Mattock and Silas Orr scored the goals.
Combe moved top of Division 2 after thrashing FC Hollybush 4-1 at home, Ethan Penny scoring a hat-trick. Steve Smith was also on target. Kev Davies replied.
Witney Wanderers kept up the pressure on the top two teams with a  4-0 win away to FC Mills, Bernie Crumlish (3) and Marcello Guitherme were on target.
Charlie Bough scored a hat-trick as Wootton thra-shed Bourton Rovers Res  6-2 at home in Division 3.
Mark Rawlings, Graham Berry and Tom Faulkner completed their tally.
FC Hollybush Res’s winning run ended in a 2-1 home loss to Eynsham SSC Res.
Kevin Webb and Darren Mobey scored for Eynsham, while Dave Elliot replied.
Meanwhile, Carterton Town B eased through to the semi-finals of the Jack Busby Cup after a 6-0 home win against Wootton Res.
Dan Sollis (2),  Craig Isle (2), Matt Herbert and Steve Jenkins did the damage.
In the other tie, Brize Norton beat Witney Royals Res 4-1.
Loyd Edwards scored for the hosts, but  Rob Hook (2), Pepper and Duffy saw the visitors home.
