Robinson sped over to finish off a flowing move for his first and his second soon followed suit from a similar source.
Witney had flanker Carl Campbell sin-binned on 35 minutes and trailed 20-0 at half-time when Quins’ backs and forwards combined to send Robinson flying in from 30 metres.
Quins had to work had to repel Witney in a tighter second half.
Home fly half Zac Norris was yellow-carded on 56 minutes, with Witney flanker Stuart Catherall later suffering the same fate.
Achilles powered over from the base of a scrum ten metres out to score try No 5 In the final minute, home centre Keni Fisilau was sin-binned.
Chipping Norton won 15-10 at home to Slough in BB&O Premier Division.
