Witney stay top of South League Division 3A after a 1-1 draw away to Hampstead & Westminster 3rd in London.
The home side made a strong start, but failed to capitalise on a number of short corners and found themselves a goal down.
They upped a gear after the break, forcing mistakes and resulting in Izzy Stubbs finding some space to volley the equaliser, but they could not find the winner.
Witney men drew 2-2 at home to Oxfordshire rivals Wallingford to move out of the South League Regional 1 relegation zone.
Tim Hardy and Scott Sum-mers were on target for the home side.
Witney 2nd were held to a 3-3 home draw by Gerrards Cross 2nd in Division 4.
Mike Godwin (2) and Tom Yallop netted for the hosts.
Goals from Nick August and Dave Vermenlen were in vain as Witney 3rd went down to a 5-2 defeat at Bicester 2nd in Division 5.
