Witney went down 4-1 away to county rivals Oxford in Regional 1 of the Middlesex, Berks, Bucks & Oxon League on Saturday, a result that casts them adrift at the foot of the table along with Aylesbury.
Jacob Deacon was on target, but Witney need a run of good results if they are to avoid the drop.
Witney 2nd beat fellow strugglers Henley 3rd 3-1, which almost guarantees their survival in Division 4. Craig Summers, Steve Trivett and Mike Godwin were on target.
Witney 3rd went down 4-1 to Division 5 leaders Harrow. Phil Morris scored their goal.
Witney 4th lost 6-0 at home to Leighton Buzzard 3rd.
Meanwhile, Witney Ladies stay second in South League Division 3A after a 2-1 triumph over Oxford.
Witney found themselves trailing to a Lyn Cockshott goal at the break.
In the second half, the visitors fought back, Charlotte Manning making it 1-1.
Witney continued to press and Marie Vincent fired home the winner.
