TICKETS for Oxford United’s final game of the season at Northampton Town have sold out.

The last of the 1,367 allocation at Sixfields went to season ticket holders on Good Friday.

It means the U’s will have a vocal backing for what could be a crucial afternoon on May 3.

They will be hoping to cheer Gary Waddock’s men into the Sky Bet League Two play-offs, while Northampton may still need a result to avoid relegation.

The fixture also has added interest, with Chris Wilder facing United for the first time since leaving to become Cobblers manager in January.
