Simon Hole hit an unbeaten 57 as Shipton-under-Wychwood beat west Oxfordshire rivals Oxford Downs by seven wickets at home in the Davidstow Village Cup.
They now visit Great & Little Tew in the Oxfordshire semi-final on Sunday.
Justin Cantrell top-scored with 55, with Wes Bartlett contributing 46 as Downs were all out for 180 having been 119-1 at one stage.
George Seacole (3-39) and Chris Wood (3-57) were the pick of the Shipton bowlers.
Hole’s heroics and a knock of 41 from Craig Wood steered Shipton to victory at 182-3.
