Carterton Town A opened a two-point gap at the top of the Witney & District FA Premier Division after a 4-0 win over Hanborough.

Phil Stannard, Mike Bolt, Jason Trinder and Mike Duerden netted for the home team.

Hosts Chipping Norton Town were held 1-1 by Ducklington with Warwick Thompkins and Scott Mason scoring respectively.

Hailey eased to a 3-1 home win over Brize Norton. Sam Rowe netted for the visitors, but Dean Mays, Shaun Rayfield and Harvey Butler won it.

Champions West Witney lost 4-3 at Witney Royals.

Carl Dodds, Carl Williams and Craig Mays got the visitors’ goals, but Gary Nicholson (2), Steve Holder and Jamie Kennedy sealed it.

Minster Lovell were edged out 4-3 by Charlbury Town.

Charlie Collins, Nathan Harris and Connor Tinsley scored for Minster, but Charlbury went one better with Mark Goode, Craig McCallum, Jack Fleet and Shaun Gilbert on target.

Hailey Res went down 3-1 at home to Bourton Rovers in Division 1.

Craig Gilson (2) and an own goal put the hosts in charge, Mo Semlali replying.

Spartan Rangers crushed Eyn-sham Sports 7-1 at home, with Josh Grant helping himself to a treble.

Frank Clarke, Rob Marchbank, Adam Izzard and Henry Clarke got the others, with Matty Walker replying.

Aston picked up their first points from a 3-2 win over visitors North Leigh A.

Benji Sunblad bagged a brace with Gareth Preston getting the other. Lee Moseley and Justin Timms replied.

Ethan Penny scored a hat-trick in Combe’s 4-1 home success over Chad-lington.

Simon Gale got the other, with Luke Rhodes replying.

FC Hollybush defeated hosts King-ham 2-1.

Rob Collard netted for Kingham, but Dan Hedges and Ali Laing secured the points for the visitors.

Enstone slumped 13-1 at home to Kirtlington in Division 2.

Shane Probitts and Ryan Ross each bagged a hat-trick with John Omole (2), Nathan Kelly, Broed Wilson, Alex Metcalfe, Frank Harrison and an Enstone own goal sealing the rout. Dayle Steedman responded.

Leaders Milton won 7-1 at FC Mills. Rob Watts (2), Leigh Hillary (2), Pip Benfield, Rob James and Jon Chapman were on target for Milton, with Lee Travers getting a consolation.

Stonesfield crushed Witney Wan-derers 5-2 at home, with goals from Paul Penny (2), Ed Giles (2) and Mike Phipps. Bernie Crumlish and James Bason replied.

Ducklington Res lost 4-3 to Carterton Town B.

Conor Newcome, Jack Scott and Dave Oliver were on target for the hosts, but Olly Bush (2), Dan Sollis and Dan Robinson swung it for Carterton.

Russ Steele (2), Nathan Beckett (2) and Conner O’Shea were amongst the goals for Bampton United in their 8-1 win over Hanborough Res.
