Dan King struck a late winner as Hailey reached the Witney & District FA’s Senior Cup final, with a 3-2 victory against Minster Lovell, writes ANTHONY BARLOW.

Nathan Harris and Steve Burke both scored for Minster and Jack Wood notched a brace for Hailey to make extra time appear inevitable.

But substitute King had other ideas.

He bagged a last-minute winner to set up a clash with Carterton A.

Kirtlington emphatically sealed their place in Division 1 for next season with a comfortable 4-1 victory in their promotion decider at home to Carterton Rangers.

They started the day level, but the victory saw Kirtlington claim second in the standings with 46 points.

Billy Hales netted for the visitors, but Kirtlington proved to be too strong.

Ryan Moran-Ross, Jake East, Nathan Kelly and Frank Harrison were on target to secure them Division 2’s second promotion spot behind champions Stonesfield.

They finished third with 37 points, four behind table toppers Carterton Town A and West Witney.

Goals from Ashley Edwards, Jack Morton and Jordan Cross for third from bottom Duckilington couldn’t prevent a heavy home defeat as Hailey ran riot.

Jack Wood netted a hat-trick, Paul Read scored twice and Mo Semlali and Jack Bennett were also on target.

Division 4 champions Tower Hill Double joy for Henry Box after narrow win Res brought their season to an unbeaten finish with a goalless draw at Charlbury Town Res.

They finished ten points ahead of second-placed Eynsham A.

lREFEREE Mal Edmunds blew time on his 20-year career as he took charge of his final match, the Division 4 clash between Eynsham A and Wychwood Forest.

The visitors won the game 4-1 thanks to a brace apiece from Callum Kirke and Noel Phillips.

Zac Sheffield scored for Eynsham, but it wasn’t enough as the away side secured a third-placed finish.
