FREELAND continued their good start to the season with a 5-1 victory at Marston Saints in the quarter-finals of the Oxfordshire Charity Cup.
The hosts took the lead through Andy McMahon, but their lead was short-lived as Danny Taylor equalised.
After a slick move down the left, Luke Coles tapped in at the far post to put Freeland ahead.
Coles then added their third goal with a header.
The fourth came from an own goal and Freeland’s victory was completed by Taylor’s second strike after the break.
Carterton Town A saw off hosts Yarnton 5-2 after extra time. Olly Bush hit a hat-trick and there were also goals for Mike Bolt and Tommy Burns.
