Witney won the Christmas Trophy in their last gala of 2008 at Braunstone.

Daniel Harkin, 16, won the men’s breaststroke and freestyle, earning the swimmer-of-the-match award.

Result: 1 Witney 245pts, 2 Braunstone A 237, 3 Wellingborough 228, 4 Melton Mowbray 200, 5 Enderby A 174, 6 Coalville 158, 7 Braunstone B 119, 8 Enderby B 75.
