Hannah Hale starred for Eynsham Road Runners as she finished third in the second round at Harcourt Hill, Oxford, on Sunday.
Hale completed the ladies race in 25mins 57secs, with Witney Road Runners’ Frankie Snare finishing fifth in 26.14.
The result saw Hale move up to second in the senior ladies rankings following her fifth-placed finish in last month’s opener at Ascott-under-Wychwood.
Snare is up to fourth in the rankings following her seventh place at Ascott.
Headington Road Run-ners’ Diane Moore was first home in 25.12.
Witney Road Runners’ James Bolton was the leading west Oxfordshire man in the men’s race, finishing eighth in the men’s race in 35.19 to stay second in the vet 40 rankings.
Teammate Tegid Jones was 17th in 36.10.
