Great & Little Tew beat local rivals Shipton-under-Wychwood by three wickets in the Davidstow Village Cup Oxfordshire semi-final on Sunday.
They now face either Tiddington or Cumnor in the Oxfordshire final on June 8.
Their re-arranged semi-final is this Sunday.
Inserted on a damp wicket, it did not look good for Shipton as they reeled at 21-3 and 38-6 before a partnership of 68 between Jeremy Kirby (24) and Shaun Cross (33) got them to 153 from their 40 overs.
Lawrence Brock did the damage with 4-13.
Tew got their reply off to a great start, with Jordan Garrett (37) and Joe White (18) putting together a partnership of 57 for the first wicket.
However, a fine display of bowling from Cross (4-38) reduced Tew to 99-5.
But a super 39 from Josh Garrett, who put together partnerships of 25 and 28 with Ashley Hubbert and Lloyd Brock to steer Tew home at 156-7, with 17 balls remaining.
Great & Little Tew had reached 118-5 from 15 overs when their Home Counties Premier League Twenty20 first-round tie at home to Chesham was washed out.
Joe White had hit 39 off 21 balls and Curtly Slatter was 27 not out when the rain came down.
A new date is to be arranged.
