Charlbury secured their safety from the drop in OCA League Division 1 after a thrilling eight-run victory at Stonesfield in Saturday’s final game.
Charlbury were bowled out for 160 as Nikolas Kirby top-scored with 34, while Ed Oakley claimed 4-33 for the hosts.
In reply, Stonesfield were all out for 152 as Jake Godfrey claimed 3-35.
Minster Lovell recorded a 160-run win at home to Chadlington.
Elliot Graham (76) helped Minster to 246 all out, Matthew Bailey taking 5-26.
Chris Morgan then claimed 4-13 in 12 overs as the basement boys slumped to 86 all out.
In Division 4, Kilkenny fell to a 52-run defeat at Marcham.
Tristan Barratt’s 70 saw Marcham set 210-9, before Armstrong claimed 6-23 to dismiss Kilkenny for 158, Duncan Macdonald hitting 61 and Chris May 56.
Charlbury 2nd lost by 117 runs at home to Kennington in Division 5.
Graham Rowley (69) saw Kennington to 221-6, before Russell Vircavs claimed 3-8 and Duncan Robson 3-11 in Charlbury’s 104.
Minster Lovell 3rd beat hosts Swinbrook 2nd by six wickets in Division 8.
Wes Spearman claimed 4-21 in Swinbrook’s 122, before Dan Spencer (49) and Lee McGuinness (36no) led Minster to 126-3.
