GEORGE Seacole and Charlie Fisher both hammered centuries as Division 2 leaders Witney Swifts made it five wins from five with a 129-run triumph at Eynsham on Saturday.

Seacole smashed 145 and Fisher 126 as Swifts amassed a huge 334-4.

Chris Bowles (52) led Eynsham’s reply, but 3-12 for Fisher and 3-36 for Seacole saw the hosts dismissed for 205.

Chadlington fell to a 155-run defeat at home to Westcott.

Keegan Collier (103) and Paul Cherry (64) shone in Westcott’s 280-7, which was way beyond the home side, who were dismissed for just 125.

Chipping Norton ran out 81-run victors at Broughton & North Newington.

Yvo Macfarlane hit 70 in Chippy’s 202-8, Stuart Walton returning fine figures of 5-4.

But Broughton never got close, being dismissed for 121, Rhys Warner-Carter (4-37) the pick of the Chippy attack.

Stonesfield were no match for East & West Hendred as they fell to a 118-run defeat in Division 1.

Batting first, Hendred rattled up 267-7 as Kashif Rashid hit 59 not out and Jack Mulford 51.

Stonesfield were never in the hunt as Rashid returned superb figures of 6-19 to restrict the visitors to 149-9.

Charlbury’s Stuart Atkins hit 67 to help his side to a 23-run win over visitors Oxenford.

James Taylor (5-48) helped to restrict Charlbury to 187 all out, despite Atkins’s knock.

Taylor then hit 41 not out in Oxenford’s reply, but they were restricted to 164-9.

In Division 3, Hanborough lost by six wickets at home to Middleton Cheney.

Sam Hanson’s 4-31 helped to dismiss Hanborough for 168, Matthew Neilsen hitting 50.

Shazad Ayub then scored 77 to lead Middleton to 169-4.

Stanton Harcourt edged past visitors Tetsworth by two wickets.

Andy Walker took 4-35 in Tetsworth’s 204 all out, Stanton replying with 209-8 to secure victory.

Three wickets apiece for Ady Brooksbank (3-8) and Julian Easterbrook (3-21) helped Bampton dismiss visitors Sunningwell for 58 in Division 4.

After this, Richard Pitt struck 40 not out as Bampton cruised to 59-1.

Deddington thumped hosts Swinbrook by 101 runs.

Gerard Duncan scored 77 out of Deddington’s 172 all out, Mark Reed taking 5-45.

Swinbrook then slumped to 71 all out in reply, Lewis Bletchley taking 3-3.

In Division 5, Combe’s 100 per cent record ended in a four-wicket loss against Kennington.

Russell Vircavs took 4-17 as Combe posted 197-8, Josh Lenthall top-scoring with 79.

Graham Rowley’s 89 not out then led Kennington to 198-6.

Hailey West Witney suffered an eight-wicket defeat against Radley.

Abdur Rasheed Khan took 5-15 as Hailey were dismissed for 84, before Radley cruised home.

Ducklington ran out 18-run winners at home to Wolvercote 2nd.

Jacob Hughes (66) and Kane Lewis (41) saw Ducklington to 229 all out, Neil Sadler taking 5-53.

Richard Oliver’s century (109) got Wolvercote close, but Lewis claimed 4-48 to help restrict the visitors to 211-9.

Stanton Harcourt 2nd proved no match for Division 7 leaders Chesterton, falling to a 127-run defeat.

Ed Vickers (65) and Daren Trinder (62no) saw Chesterton to 223 all out, before Paul Davis took 4-42 and Jimmy Appleton 3-26 in Stanton’s 96 all out.

Stonesfield 2nd lost by 35 runs to Kilkenny 2nd.

Gary Doggett top-scored with 44 in Kilkenny’s 163-9, and then Duncan Macdonald took 4-7 as Stonesfield were bowled out for 128.

In Division 8 North, Kieran Reynolds claimed a six-wicket haul as Charlbury ran out four-run winners at Deddington.

Charlbury had been skittled out for just 71, but Reynolds then took 6-21 to dismiss Deddington for 67.
