Alfie Saunders hit a hat-trick as North Leigh United, from Division 1 West, claimed a Premier Division scalp with a 4-2 win at Brimscombe & Thrupp in the second round of the Uhlsport Hellenic League Bluefin Sports Challenge Cup.
George Seacole got their other goal, with Ashley Bro-wn and Sam Blackie replying for Brimscombe.
Clanfield went down 3-1 at home to Woodley Town.
Jamie McDonagh fired Clanfield into an 11th-minute lead, but Woodley stormed back with goals from Selin Oduganya, Gary Smith and Steve Campbell.
In Division 1 West, Cart-erton had to settle for a share of the spoils in a 1-1 draw at Hook Norton.
Reece Bayliss had given Carterton a half-time lead, only for Henry Rose to score on 80th-minute equaliser.
Old Woodstock Town won 2-0 at home to Wokingham & Emmbrook in Division 1 East, thanks to goals from Rob Kylock (14) and Jack Kennedy (55).
